<![CDATA[Penerapan sistem informasi model Government To Citizen (G2C) masih belum menyeluruh ditingkatan penyelenggara pemerintahan, terlebih khusus pada pemerintahan desa (kampung). Hal tersebut disebabkan oleh karena minimnya kemampuan sumberdaya manusia dalam perencanaan pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis teknologi komputer. Berimplikasi pada tidak terjabarkannya pengembangan teknologi informasi dalam rencana kegiatan pembangunan. Kondisi tersebut terjadi pada semua pemerintahan kampung di Kabupaten Kepulauan Sangihe, termasuk 18 kampung di wilayah Kecamatan Tabukan Tengah. Pelatihan perencanaan pengembangan sistem model G2C bertujuan untuk memberikan panduan kepada peserta tentang cara merumuskan dan menyusun perencanaan implementasi teknologi informasi untuk menunjang pelayanan informasi kepada masyarakat. Hasil akhir dari rangkaian proses-proses sistematis tersebut menghasilkan suatu dokumen spesifikasi kebutuhan perangkat lunak, berisi prototipe rancangan kebutuhan fungsional sitem berbasis G2C. Dokumen tersebut akan menjadi rule model untuk mendorong pengembangan dan penerapan teknologi informasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan serta tujuan pembangunan pemerintah Kabupaten Kepulauan Sangihe terlebih khusus, pemerintah kampung di wilayah Kecamatan Tabukan Tengah. The application of the G2C model information system is not comprehensive yet at the level of government administrators, especially at the village or rural area. Apart from the issue of the availability of internet network infrastructure and supporting devices that have not yet explored, the lack of human resource capacity in planning the development of information systems is a major problem. This has implications for the unexplained development of information technology in village development plans. This problem occurs commonly in all administration areas in Sangihe Islands Regency, including 18 villages at the Central Tabukan District. The G2C model system development planning training aims to provide participants with guidance on how to formulate and arrange information technology implementation plans to support information services to the community. The end result of a series of systematic processes is a software requirements specification document, containing a prototype of the functional requirements design system based on G2C. The document will be a rule model to encourage the development and application of information technology in accordance with the needs and development objectives of the Sangihe Islands Regency government, specifically, the village government in the Central Tabukan District.]]>
