<![CDATA[The purpose of this research was to develop and produce a product in the form of a card measuring the competence of middle school students First to the study of physical education of sports and health in Kupang Regency Taebenu. Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan dan menghasilkan sebuah produk berupa kartu pengukur kompetensi siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan di Kecamatan Taebenu Kabupaten Kupang. Produk tersebut mencakup seluruh kompetensi inti dan kompetensi dasar mata pelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan tingkat Sekolah Menengah Pertama. Penelitian ini mengacu pada model penelitian dan pengembangan (researh and development). Teknik analisis presentase sebagai teknik analisis data. Hasil validasi ahli pembelajaran satu dan dua menunjukan bahwa produk tersebut layak diuji cobakan. Hasil uji coba lapangan satu dan dua menunjukan bahwa produk kartu pengukur kompetensi siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertam pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan di Kecamatan Taebenu Kabupaten Kupang layak untuk digunakan.
