This research aims to identify and assess the optimization of Agility Through Ladder Drill Training for Pre-PON Futsal Players‟ of South Kalimantan. This research uses quantitative methods with the quasi-experiment. The population in this research are Pre PON Futsal Players‟ South Kalimantan from whom the respondent are taken. All the population are determined as the respondent; they are 19 player. The 19 player are given the measurement of their agility (zig-zag run) which has resulted in a scores to be used as the preliminary data in the research. After conducting the step, then the ladder drill is given and the scores of agility are pre-measured.The results of analysis shows that t-count regression test in pairs that there are differences in the results of the tests before and after the treatment is given to Pre-PON futsal players‟ of South Kalimantan. These can be seen from the  results of the calculation on the preliminary and final data, showing that t (9.36) is in beyond the interval t table (-1.729 to1.729). In this relation, it can be concluded that the treatment of giving ladder drill can results  of  test  results  on  agility  (zig-zag  run)  Pre-PON  futsal  players‟  of  South Kalimantan. Keywords: Optimization, agility, ladder drill training
