Abstract

The research objective was to determine whether the coaching program at PODSI Barito Kuala Regency was effective and following what was made in the coaching program. This type of research is an evaluation of the Countenance Stake model. Data collection was done by filling out questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research with the evaluation of the Contenance Stake model from filling out the questionnaire showed that the antecedent component was obtained in the medium category, the transaction component was in the medium category, and the outcome component was in the moderate category, the results of interviews, observation and documentation of PODSI Barito Kuala Regency, in collaboration with the Provincial Dispora and Kemenpora in the form of PPLP and PPLPD, do not have a licensed rowing coaching coach, do not have a licensed referee, the facilities are still lacking. The program research recommendation is continued to need to increase the capacity of coaches, referees and improve facilities, infrastructure and special canals for rowing so that they become a medium for recreation for athletes and the implementation of rowing championships in the Barito Kuala district.

Abstract

The purpose this article review was to examine and analyze suitable learning methods for students aged 6 to 12 years in Elementary School to improve their learning outcomes in learning Physical Education Sports and Health subjects. The reviewed articles were selected from Google Scholar database published in the last 10 years. The research question and journal search employed PICO method, while the PRISMA flow chart was used to identify articles through data filtering and extraction process. Of 113 downloaded articles, the remaining 12 articles were the final results passing the screening and extraction process. The articles were then analyzed for discussion. Learning Physical Education Sports and Health using game-based method is compatible with the character of students aged 6 to 12 years in Elementary School level and has succeeded in improving student learning outcomes and increasing their motivation to participate in learning.

Abstract

Kedatangan pandemi virus covid-19 yang melanda Indonesia yang membuat seluruh aspek kehidupan sehari-hari benar-benar berubah hingga dunia pendidikan turut merasakan dampaknya sehingga pembelajaran yang awalnya turun ke sekolah secara langsung, kini menjadi sekolah dari rumah dengan sistem online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektivitasan pembelajaran pjok dengan aplikasi whatsapp selama pandemi covid-19 kelas x di SMA Negeri 1 Banjarbaru. Cara yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah True-Experiment dan desain penelitian ini adalah Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design yaitu dengan memberikan perlakuan (pembelajaran pjok menggunakan aplikasi whatsapp) pada kelas eksperimen. Dari hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen yang diperoleh sebelum pemberian perlakuan atau (pretest) adalah 61,9428 dan hasil rata-rata kelas eksperimen setelah pemberian perlakuan atau (posttest) adalah 80,3230. Tes statistik menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan (p<0,05). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pjok pembelajaran menggunakan aplikasi whatsapp effecttiv yang digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran selama pandemi covid-19.

Abstract

Abstract: This paper aims at finding out the effectiveness of Physical education subject in elementary school in wetland areas. This paper used qualitative and quantitative descriptive research. This paper took the entire schools in wetland areas (around Banjar and Baritokuala Regency) as the population. The sample of this research was taken by using a purposive sampling method. This paper used the assessment instrument of the teacher’s ability, which focuses on the learning stage (Pre-, during, and Post-) and interview guidelines. The data obtained were analyzed using quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results found that the Physical education subject of elementary school is ineffective. This paper found several points as contributing factors, they are: (1) environmental factors, (2) school management factor, (3) teacher factors, and (4) customary factors.Abstrak: Makalah ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas mata pelajaran pendidikan jasmani di sekolah dasar di daerah lahan basah. Makalah ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh sekolah di daerah lahan basah (sekitar Banjar dan Kabupaten Baritokuala). Sampel penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen penilaian kemampuan guru, yang berfokus pada tahap pembelajaran (Pra-, selama, dan pasca-) dan pedoman wawancara. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa mata pelajaran pendidikan jasmani sekolah dasar tidak efektif. Penelitian ini menemukan beberapa poin sebagai faktor yang berkontribusi, yaitu (1) faktor lingkungan, (2) faktor manajemen sekolah, (3) faktor guru, dan (4) faktor adat istiadat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  mengetahui  apakah pemanfaatan video pembelajaran dengan menggunakan aplikasi google meet di masa pandemi covid-19 dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar  pada materi aktivitas gerak berirama pada siswa kelas V SDN 2 Loktabat Selatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini  adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action research), dengan model Kemmis dan Taggart (perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan,pengamatan dan refleksi ). Yang menjadi subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V-A SDN 2 Loktabat Selatan yang berjumlah 27 siswa.  Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa tes ( pilihan ganda) dan nontes (observasi). Data keseluruhan berupa data kuantitatif kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif menggunakan rumus prosentase. Hasil penelitian terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dari siklus satu ke siklus dua. Siklus I diperoleh nilai afektif sebesar 67%  kemudian di siklus II meningkat sebesar 93%, pada nilai kognitif siklus I sebesar 52%  kemudian di siklus II meningkat sebesar 89%, pada nilai psikomotorik siklus I sebesar 56%  kemudian di siklus II meningkat sebesar 93%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran menggunakan google meet dengan memanfaatkan video pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar aktivitas senam berirama  siswa peserta didik kelas V SD Negeri 2 Loktabat Selatan.

Abstract

Physical education learning in high school during the current Covid-19 emergency, teachers have difficulty delivering material, controlling, evaluating, and providing learning feedback, especially on basic competencies that contain motion. The research objective was to improve students’ wellbeing in high school physical education learning during the Covid-19 emergency by implementing the disdcord application. Students’ wellbeing in this study, the researcher described three indicators of achievement, that is: 1) appropriateness of learning, 2) student satisfaction in learning, and 3) improved learning outcomes. The research method used was a pre-experimental one group pre-test post-test design. The population was the students of SMAN I Kota Banjarbaru class X totaling 8 classes. Two classes of samples were selected by random technique. The learning implementation instrument and student satisfaction with learning used a questionnaire with a likert scale, while for learning outcomes using a push-up test and sit-up test. The data analysis technique used the t-test sample paired test. The results of the study showed an increase in students’ wellbeing in terms of; 1) a significant increase in the implementation of learning seen from the value of the two-tailed difference test (2-tailed) = 0.000 < 0.05, 2) a significant increase in student satisfaction in learning seen from the two-way difference test value (2-tailed) = 0.000 < 0.05, and 3) a significant increase in student learning outcomes seen from the two-way difference test value (2-tailed) = 0.000 < 0.05. The conclusion of the research is that the application of the discord application in learning physical education in high schools during the Covid-19 emergency improves students’ wellbeing.

Abstract

The Learning Effectiveness Of Basic Throwing Movement Through Playing Approach On Third Grade Of Elementary School. This research aims to produce learning effectiveness   of basic throwing motion. The study was conducted by involving research subjects namely physical education teachers and third grade students of SDN Loktabat 7. This Research uses classroom action research method (action research) which has several phases  of  research  steps  including:  planning,  action,  observation  and  reflection.  Data collected include qualitative, in the form of responses observer/associate teacher namely criticism, suggestions, comments both orally and in  writing using interview techniques, discussion, documentation and questionnaires and quantitative data in the form scale  of ordinal numbers.Data collected during the study is data about learning feasibility and effectiveness of learners. Before the action research was done, effectiveness of student learning outcomes in the form of concept understanding of basic throwing movement and throwing ability showed that there were 16 students (45,71%) got standard grade. After action research was conducted, students who pass the study increased to 22 ( 62.86 % ) in the first cycle , 26 students (80%) in the second cycle, and 33 students (94.29 %) in the third cycle . Before the action research was done, learning mastery of the students classically was 45.71 %. But after the action research was conducted, it has increased 17.15 % to 62.86 % in cycle I. In the second cycle it has increased by 11.43 % to 74.29 %, while the third cycle, it has increased 20 % to94.29%. While the study results of the learning feasibility showed that the playing activity can be done well proven by the high students’ involvement and participation in learning, but teachers should have more control of the movement preciousness done by the students, because it is feared the students focus only to playing activity and they forget the right technique of basic throwing movement.Overall, research phasing from the  first  until  third  cycle  undergo the  improving results, both of the effectiveness and feceability of learning basic throwing movement. Keywords: Learning effectiveness, basic throwing movement, playing approach

Abstract

This research aims to identify and assess the optimization of Agility Through Ladder Drill Training for Pre-PON Futsal Players‟ of South Kalimantan. This research uses quantitative methods with the quasi-experiment. The population in this research are Pre PON Futsal Players‟ South Kalimantan from whom the respondent are taken. All the population are determined as the respondent; they are 19 player. The 19 player are given the measurement of their agility (zig-zag run) which has resulted in a scores to be used as the preliminary data in the research. After conducting the step, then the ladder drill is given and the scores of agility are pre-measured.The results of analysis shows that t-count regression test in pairs that there are differences in the results of the tests before and after the treatment is given to Pre-PON futsal players‟ of South Kalimantan. These can be seen from the  results of the calculation on the preliminary and final data, showing that t (9.36) is in beyond the interval t table (-1.729 to1.729). In this relation, it can be concluded that the treatment of giving ladder drill can results  of  test  results  on  agility  (zig-zag  run)  Pre-PON  futsal  players‟  of  South Kalimantan. Keywords: Optimization, agility, ladder drill training

Abstract

The effectiveness of learning basic movement jump through modification tool learners class V SDN Pandulangan I District of central Tapin regency of  Tapin. Purpose of reseach this is to increase the effectiveness of learning basic movement jump on learners class V SDN Pandulangan I. The subject of research is the learners class V SDN Pandulangan I  totalling 20 people comprising 13 men and 7 learners learner's daughter. The methods used in this research is a method of action class (PTK).Results of the study revealed that, in the initial observations of 20 learners there are only 4 people who meet the ketuntasan study on motion learning basic jump. After teridenfikasi some causes of the problem then compiled the planning of learning that are applied or applied at the cycle I and cycle II. On first cycle there were 14 people who are having the learners ketuntasan his studies. After going through the stage of the class action research ranging from planning, implementation, observation and reflection on the cycle I, then the cycle II contained 19 people who are having the learners learning complete. This indicates that the action is given by the teacher/researchers that learning through modification tools give a positive impact on learning outcomes for learners. The existence of positive impact of improved learning outcomes learner, then it can be said the research class action is successful. Keywords: Effectiveness, learning basic jump motion, modification tools.

Abstract

Pendekatan Pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan KesehatanDi Era Abad 21. Perbedaan karakteristik peserta didik pada abad sebelum 21 dan abad21 tentunya berdampak pada pendekatan pembelajaran yang diberikan kepada peserta didik, agar mampu memfasilitasi kebutuhan tiap peserta didik dalam belajar. Fakta ini menuntut guru (PJOK) untuk segera menyesuaikan dengan menerapkan pendekatan pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman.Alternatif jawaban dengan menerapkan pendekatan pembelajaran kontemporer yang berorientasi pada konstruktivisme khusus pada mata pelajaran pendidikan jasmani olaharaga dan kesehatan (PJOK) di abad 21 ini dengan sebaik-baiknya. Maka dampak langsung yang dirasakan oleh peserta didik, peserta didik akan merasakan menjadi orang yang  di  orangkan  oleh  guru.  Mengapa  demikian...?  karena  dalam  pendekatan yang berorientasi pada siswa, siswa merasa dilibatkan secara langsung, dihargai dan digali potensinya dan dibimbing untuk mendapatkan pengetahuannya sendiri olah guru, guru hanya merencanakan, mendampingi, mengarahkan dan memfasilitasi siswa dalam belajar mengurangi keterlibatan sebagai pengajar tetapi sebagai pembelajar.Dengan pergesaran peran guru yang semacam ini sehingga siswa merasa dihargai atau  diorangkan  oleh  guru,  siswa  digali  potensi  dan  kemampuannya  serta  diberi kebebasan dalam menuangkan dan mengepresikan konsep dan pengetahuannya dalam pembelajaran yang dirancang oleh guru. Kalau siswa merasa dilibatkan secara total dan dihargai  oleh  guru  dalam  pembelajaran  maka  dengan  sendirinya  akan  muncul  dan tertanam sikap kemandirian, kreativitas dan tanggung jawab.  Akhirnya akan  mampu membantu guru dalam mewujudkan tujuan pembelajaran yang direncanakan oleh guru.Kelebihan inilah yang dipandang akan berdampak pada perubahan pendidikan ke arah yang lebih baik. Namun sebagai catatan, untuk mewujudkan dan menerapkan prosespembelajaran dengan berorientasi pendekatan pada siswa (student centered) di abad 21 ini tidak semudah membalikkan telapak tangan.  Tapi membutuhkan kesungguhan dari guru sebagai ujung tombak di sekolah, pemerintah sebagai unsur kontroling dan evaluasi. Kesemuanya harus saling bahu membahu dan saling bekerja sama dengan baik untukbetul-betul komitmen menjalankan.Kata Kunci: Pendekatan Pembelajaran, PJOK, Abad 21
