To facilitate the flow of goods and services to support these trading activities, there is a need for adequate transportation facilities, one of which is by sea. The purpose of this process is to find out the Tariff Delivery System for Manpower Services in Loading and Unloading (TKBM) in the Port of Samarinda and to find out the system of loading and unloading personnel in the Port of SamarindaThis type of research is normative legal research by looking at the law and conceptual.
