Abstract

ABSTRACTThe implementation of development in Indonesia which aims at the field of economic development, so that trade activities become one of the economic development sectors, its role is always developed. To facilitate the flow of goods and services to support these trading activities, there is a need for adequate transportation facilities, one of which is by sea. The purpose of this process is to find out the Tariff Delivery System for Manpower Services in Loading and Unloading (TKBM) in the Port of Samarinda and to find out the system of loading and unloading personnel in the Port of SamarindaThis type of research is normative legal research by looking at the law and conceptual. By using basic, secondary and non-legal materials. Then legal materials are processed in a deductive and attractive way to be more specific and systematically arranged.The results of this report are the loading and unloading fare system at the port which is regulated by the Minister of Transportation Decree No. 35 of 2007, namely the amount of loading and unloading services from and to ship. Basic services that are used together to provide services speed, speed, cost, speed, cost, speed, cost, speed, cost. The wage system for loading and unloading workloads in Samarinda must be adjusted to the appropriate needs of the components and stages determined by the Minister, can be realized from Law No. 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower Article 88 paragraph (1) that: "every worker / laborer has the right to increase which meets the proper needs of humans. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kebutuhan integrasi prinsip deep learning dan model Project-Based Learning (PjBL) bermuatan sastra lokal dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SMP Negeri 2 Woja. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan melibatkan guru Bahasa Indonesia dan siswa kelas VIII sebagai subjek penelitian. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di sekolah mitra masih dominan berorientasi pada hafalan, kurang mendorong analisis mendalam, serta minim mengaitkan karya sastra lokal sebagai sumber belajar. Guru menyatakan kebutuhan kuat terhadap model pembelajaran yang mampu memperkuat kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi, memperkaya konteks budaya, dan menyediakan pengalaman belajar berbasis proyek. Integrasi deep learning dan PjBL bermuatan sastra lokal dipandang relevan karena dapat meningkatkan kemampuan memahami teks, kreativitas, kolaborasi, dan apresiasi budaya daerah. Kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa kebutuhan integrasi kedua pendekatan tersebut sangat mendesak untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SMP Negeri 2 Woja.

Abstract

Analysis of the availability and accuracy of concepts in textbooks is very important to clarify unavailable and inaccurate concepts presented in textbooks. This study aims to find the availability and accuracy of the contents of the textbook text in the Nondisjunction and Lethal Gene sub-material in Grade XII Biology textbooks. The analysis focused on the four most commonly used Biology textbooks in 27 high schools in Pontianak City. Qualitative descriptive method with an analysis approach was used. The results of the study showed the availability of important concepts in the nondisjunction and lethal gene sub-material in books A, B and C, there were five available concepts, while in book D there were four available concepts. Overall, one case of oversimplification and three cases of misidentification were found across the four textbooks, particularly in the concepts of the mechanism of nondisjunction in meiosis I and II as well as examples and effects of lethal genes in living organisms.
