<![CDATA[This study aims to know and analyze: 1) the influence of principal situational leadership styles on teacher performance, 2) the influence of school climate on teacher performance, 3) the influence of work motivation on teacher performance, and 4) the influence of principal situational leadership style, school climate, and work motivation on the SMK teacher performance in Metro City. This research is using an ex post facto method that investigates or examines the events that have occurred. The results of this study conclude: there is a positive and significant influence of situational leadership style, school climate and work motivation on SMK teacher performance in Metro City, means better situational leadership style, more conducive school climate and higher work motivation, and then teacher performance will be better.Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui dan menganalisis: 1) pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan situasional kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, 2) pengaruh iklim sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, 3) pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru, dan 4) pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan situasional kepala sekolah, iklim sekolah dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Negeri Kota Metro. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode ex post facto yaitu menyelidiki atau menguji peristiwa yang telah terjadi. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan : terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan gaya kepemimpinan situasional, iklim sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru SMK Negeri Kota Metro, artinya semakin baik gaya kepemimpinan situasional, semakin kondusif iklim sekolah dan semakin tinggi motivasi kerja maka semakin baik pula kinerja guru.Kata kunci: gaya kepemimpinan situasional, iklim sekolah, kinerja guru, motivasi kerja]]>
