<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence of headmaster's leadership, work discipline and self-concept to the teacher’s professional competency of elementary school.either partially or simultaneously. Research is included in quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study amounted to 103 teachers who were divided into 10 elementary schools.The sample used in this study was all teachers of state elementary school located in district Baradatu Kabupaten Way Kanan which amounted to 82 teachers. The data were collected by questionnaire. The analysis used is descriptive and inferential statistic.The result of the research shows that there is influence of headmaster's leadership toward teacher professional competence, there is influence of work discipline to professional competence there is influence of self concept to professional competence and there is influence of headmaster leadership, work discipline, and self concept to teacher’s professional of competency of elementary school Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalsis pengaruh kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, disiplin kerja dan konsep diri terhadap kompetensi Profesional Guru SD Negeri. Baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Penelitian termasuk dalam penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 103 guru yang terbagi ke dalam 10 Sekolah Dasar. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini seluruh guru SD Negeri yang berada di Kecamatan Baradatu Kabupaten Way Kanan yang berjumlah 82 guru. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuisioner. Analisis yang digunakan adalah statistic deskriptif dan inferensial Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kompetensi profesional guru , terdapat pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kompetensi profesional terdapat pengaruh konsep diri terhadap kompetensi profesional dan terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, disiplin kerja, dan konsep diri terhadap kompetensi profesional guru Sekolah DasarKata kunci: Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah , disiplin kerja, konsep diri, kompetensi profesional guru]]>
