<![CDATA[This research aims to identify and analyze the correlation: 1) the school climate with teacher performance, 2) feasibility infrastructure with teacher performance, 3) school climate and feasibility infrastructure simultaneously with the performance of high school teachers in the District of the Pesisir Barat. The method used is an ex post facto with analyzed using correlation. The results showed that: 1) there is a positive and significant correlation between school climate with teacher performance, 2) there is a positive and significant correlation between the feasibility of the infrastructure with the performance of teachers, 3) there is a positive and significant correlation between school climate and infrastructure feasibility simultaneously the performance of teachers at senior high schools in the District of the Pesisir Barat.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis hubungan: 1) iklim sekolah dengan kinerja guru, 2) kelayakan sarana prasarana dengan kinerja guru, 3) iklim sekolah dan kelayakan sarana prasarana secara simultan dengan kinerja guru SMA di Kabupaten Pesisir Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah ex post facto dengan analisis deskriptif korelasional. Data diperoleh melalui angket kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik korelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara iklim sekolah dengan kinerja guru, 2) terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kelayakan sarana prasarana dengan kinerja guru, 3) terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara iklim sekolah dan kelayakan sarana prasarana secara simultan dengan kinerja guru pada Sekolah Menengah Atas di Kabupaten Pesisir Barat.Kata kunci: iklim sekolah, kelayakan sarana prasarana, kinerja guru]]>
