Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini ingin menguji dan mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh latihan small side games 3v3 dengan rasio interval 2:1 terhadap peningkatan VO2Max pemain. Dengan jumlah sampel 12 menggunakan instrument test MFT. Dalam hal ini peneliti ingin mencari “Apakah ada pengaruh Model Latihan small Sided Games 3v3 dengan rasio interval 2:1 dapat meningkatkan VO2Max?” Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian pra-eksperimen (pre-experimental design). Penelitian ini menggunakan kelompok studi tanpa menggunakan kelompok control, dengan menggunakan desain penelitian One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah mean, standart deviasi, uji normalitas, uji paired sample t-test. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dari uji paired sample t-test pada perlakuan model latihan small sided games 3v3 dengan rasio interval 2:1 sebesar 0,010 (P<0,05) dengan rata-rata peningkatan sebesar 4,60%. Maka dengan demikian dinyatakan terdapat pengaruh pada model latihan small-sided games terhadap VO2Max. Dari sebuah analisis data dan bahasan disimpulkan bahwa model latihan small-sided games terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan VO2Max pada pemain. AbstractThis study wants to test and find out whether there is an effect of small-side games 3v3 exercises with interval ratio 2:1 to increase in VO2Max players. The formulation of the problem in this study is "Is there an effect of the small-sided games 3v3 Exercise Model with interval ratio 2:1 can increase VO2Max?" This type of research is quantitative research with pre-experimental research methods (pre-experimental design). This study uses study groups without using a control group, using the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design research design. Analysis of the data used is the mean, standard deviation, normality test, paired sample t-test. The result of this study was paired sample t-test in the treatment of small-sided games 3v3 exercise models with an interval ratio of 2:1 of 0.01 (P<0.05) with an average increase of 4.60%. Then it is stated there is an influence on the small-sided games training model on VO2Max. From data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the small-sided games training model has a significant effect on the increase in VO2Max in players
