PENINGKATAN PENGENALAN SAINS SEDERHANA MELALUI METODE DEMONSTRASI ANAK USIA 5-6 TAHUN

Abstract

Based on the research that has been done and through the results obtained after an analysis of data that: 1) Planning to improve the recognition capability of learning simple science demonstration method in children can be categorized as "excellent", while the teachers' planning has been carried out, among others: formulating learning goals, choosing a theme, choose the main ingredient, determine the method of learning, making learning outcomes assessment 2) Implementation of learning to improve the recognition capability through simple science demonstration method in children aged 5-6 years can be categorized as "excellent", while the implementation of which has been do teachers include: conducting pre-learning teacher, the teacher opened the lesson, the teacher core activities of learning, teacher learning close. 3) Increased capacity through the introduction of simple science demonstration method in children aged 5-6 years can be categorized as "developing as expected" with activities including: child demonstrates a form of water in accordance with the container, children demonstrate or perform the way the water flows, the child tells how water flows . Abstrak: Bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan metode deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah anak yang berjumlah 20 anak. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah di lakukan dan melalui hasil yang di peroleh setelah diadakan analisis data bahwa:1) Perencanaan pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pengenalan sains sederhana melalui metode demonstrasi pada anak dapat dikategorikan baik sekali, adapun perencanaan yang telah dilakukan guru antara lain: Merumuskan tujuan pembelajaran, memilih tema, memilih bahan main, menentukan metode pembelajaran, membuat penilaian hasil belajar 2) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pengenalan sains sederhana melalui metode demonstrasi pada anak usia 5-6 tahun dapat dikategorikan baik sekali, adapun pelaksanaan yang telah dilakukan guru antara lain: guru melakukan kegiatan pra pembelajaran, guru membuka pembelajaran, guru melakukan kegiatan inti pembelajaran, guru menutup pembelajaran. 3) Peningkatan kemampuan pengenalan sains sederhana melalui metode demonstrasi pada anak usia 5-6 tahun dapat dikategorikan berkembang sesuai harapan dengan kegiatan antara lain: anak mendemonstrasikan bentuk air sesuai dengan wadahnya, anak mendemonstrasikan atau melakukan cara air mengalir, anak menceritakan cara air mengalir.
