Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan efektivitas penggunaan media power point terhadap hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran IPS siswa Kelas VII Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 3 Pontianak. Dengan masalah penelitian Bagaimanakah efektivitas penggunaan media power point terhadap hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran IPS siswa Kelas VII Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 3 Pontianak?. Metode yang digunakan metode eksperimen dengan bentuk quasy-eksperimental (eksperimen semu),rancangan One Shot Case Study, teknik menggunakan pengukuran dan observasi langsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran menggunakan media power point lebih efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS siswa Kelas VII Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 3 Pontianak Kata kunci: Efektivitas, Media Power Point, Hasil belajar Abstract : This study aims to describe the effectiveness of the use of media power point on learning outcomes of students in social studies classes VII Junior High School 3 Pontianak. With the research problem " How can the effectiveness of the use of media power point on learning outcomes of students in social studies classes VII Junior High School 3 Pontianak ? " .The method used an experimental method to form Quasy - experimental ( quasi-experimental ) , One Shot Case Study design , measurement techniques and the use of direct observation . The results showed that learning to use the media power point more effectively improve student learning outcomes in social studies students Seventh Grade Junior High School 3 Pontianak.
