<![CDATA[Judul penelitian ini adalah Analisis Kinerja Keuangan Pada PT. Indosat Tbk (ditinjau dari profitabilitas dan likuiditas). Yang menjadi tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui apakah penyajian Laporan Keuangan perusahaan tersebut sudah sesuai dengan PSAK No.1 (Revisi 2009), Untuk mengetahui kinerja profitabilitas perusahaan dan kinerja likuiditas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian studi kasus. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan bahwa dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan Indosat telah sesuai dengan yang diatur oleh PSAK No.1 (Revisi 2009). Kinerja keuangan PT. Indosat Tbk dari tahun 2008-2011 bila dilihat dari tingkat likuiditas mengalami penurunan setiap tahunnya. Sedangkan kinerja profitabilitas PT. Indosat Tbk juga mengalami penurunan setiap tahunnya. Kedua rasio dinilai tidak baik karena berkecenderungan turun setiap tahunnya. Kata kunci : Kinerja Keuangan, Profitabilitas, Likuiditas Abstract : The title of this research is Financial Performance Analysis At PT. Indosat Tbk (in terms of profitability and liquidity). Which is the goal of this study was to determine whether the presentation of the company's financial statements are in accordance with SFAS 1 (Revised 2009), to determine the performance of the company's profitability and liquidity performance. The research method used is descriptive method with a form of case study research. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done that Indosat in the preparation of financial statements in accordance with SFAS regulated by 1 (Revised 2009). The financial performance of PT. Indosat Tbk from years 2008-2011 when viewed from the level of liquidity has decreased each year. While the profitability performance of PT. Indosat Tbk also decreased each year.
