<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui besarnya kontribusi peran kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin dan supervisor terhadap kepuasan guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Menjalin Kabupaten Landak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Variabel yang diteliti meliputi peran kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin (X1), peran kepala sekolah sebagai supervisor (X2), dan kepuasan kerja guru (Y). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) peran kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin mempunyai hubungan sangat tinggi dengan kepuasan kerja guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Menjalin kabupaten Landak yaitu mencapai persentase sebesar 93%; (2) peran kepala sekolah sebagai supervisor mempunyai hubungan dengan kepuasan kerja guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Menjalin Kabupaten Landak yaitu sebesar 27,70%; (3) peran kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin dan supervisor secara bersama-sama mempunyai hubungan dengan kepuasan kerja guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Menjalin Kabupaten Landak dengan kontribusi sebesar 45,40%. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, supervisi, kepuasan kerja guru.Abstract: This research aims to investigate the contribution roles of school principle as a leader and supervisor to teachers work satisfaction of Junior High School In Menjalin District, Landak Regency. This study use quantitative approach. Variables that used in this study are roles of school principle as a leader (X1), roles of school principle as a supervisor (X2) and teachers work satisfaction (Y). The research shows that: (1) roles of school principle as a leader has significant correlation with teachers work satisfaction with 93%, (2) roles of school principle as a supervisor has less significant correlation with the teachers work satisfaction with only 27.70%, (3) roles of school principle as both a leader and a supervisor have moderate correlation with teachers work satisfaction by 45.40%.
