Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan peran kepala sekolah sebagai administrator dan budaya organisasi sekolah dengan kemandirian guru di SDN Gugus V Kecamatan Sejangkung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini 36 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitan ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang simultan dan signifikan antara peran kepala sekolah sebagai administrator dan budaya organisasi sekolah dengan kemandirian guru di SDN Gugus V Kecamatan Sejangkung. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil perhitungan analisis korelasi ganda, dimana nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,05, yaitu 0,000 < 0,05. Nilai tersebut menunjukkan hubungan yang simultan dan signifikan antar variabel yang diukur dalam penelitian ini. Kata kunci: Administrator, Budaya Organisasi, Kemandirian Abstract : This research aimed to find out the correlation between the Principal's Role as an Administrator and School Organizational Culture and the Teachers Independence in Elementary School Group 5 of Sejangkung District. This research used a quantitative approach. The number of samples in this research were 36 people. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires, observation and documentation. The results of this research showed that there was a simultaneous and significant correlation between the Principal's Role as an Administrator and School Organizational Culture of the  Teachers’ Independence in Elementary School Group 5 of Sejangkung District. This was proved by the results of the calculation of multiple correlation analysis, where the significance value was less than 0.05, that was 0.000 <0.05. This value ​​indicated  the simultaneous and significant correlation between variables measured in this research. Keywords: Administrator, Organizational Culture, Independence
