<![CDATA[Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dalam menentukan KPK dan FBP dikelas V SD Negeri 28 Selimus. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan bentuk penelitian adalah PTK. Subjek penelitian yaitu guru dan siswa kelas V SD Negeri 28 Selimus yang berjumlah 8 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah teknik langsung dan alat pengumpul data yaitu lembar observasi, (IPKG I & IPKG II) dan hasil belajar siswa. Data tersebut dianalisis dengan perhitungan rata-rata. Hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I diperoleh nilai rata-rata 60 dan pada siklus II nilai rata-rata 77 dengan peningkatan 17. Pencapaian KKM yaitu 65 pada siklus I siswa yang tuntas 2 orang atau 25% dan pada siklus II sebanyak 6 orang atau 75% dengan peningkatan 25%. Dengan menggunakan metode kerja kelompok dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas V SD Negeri 28 Selimus.  Kata Kunci :Hasil Belajar, Metode Kerja Kelompok  Abstract: This srudy aimed to describe improving student learing outcomes in determining KPK and FPB class V SDN 28 Selimus. This research uses the method description and PTK is research shapes. Subject of research: teachers and students of class V SDN 28 Selimus that add up to 8 people. Data collection techniques are techniques of data collection tools and direct that observation sheets, (IPKG I & IPKG II) and student learning outcomes. The data were analyzed with the calculation of the average. Student learning outcomes on cycle I gained an average score of 65, and in cycle II, the average value of 77 with increased 17. Achievement of the KKM is 65 cycles I students who complete 2 or 25% and in cycle II, as many as 6 people or 75% with an increase of 8.
