PENGARUH PERMAINAN MELOMPATI BAN TERHADAP HASIL LOMPAT JAUH PADA SISWI KELAS VIII

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini  adalah untuk  mengetahui pengaruh permainan melompati ban terhadap hasil lompat jauh pada siswi kelas VIII Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 1  Capkala. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah Eksperimen dan bentuk penelitian nya adalah pre-eksperimen design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswi kelas VIII sebanyak 25 siswi. Hasil penelitian dan analisis data yang diperoleh rata-rata pretest 2,412 dan postest 2,828 (meningkat sebesar 0,416). Selanjutnya berdasarkan analisis uji pengaruh penarikan hipotesis ttest yaitu sebesar 3,896 dengan melihat tabel statistika dimana pada derajat kebebasan db=(N-1) adalah 25-1=24 dan pada taraf signifikansi 5% diperoleh ttabel=1,711. Dengan demikian nilai dari ttabel=1,711, artinya hipotesis diterima berarti terdapat pengaruh permainan melompati ban terhadap hasil lompat jauh pada siswi SMP Negeri 1 Capkala. Adapun persentase peningkatan adalah 17,25%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut bahwa permainan melompati ban memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap hasil lompat jauh. Kata Kunci: Permainan melompati ban, Lompat jauh  Abstract : The porpuse of this study was to determine the effect of skipping game ban against the long jump result in a class VIII student of Junior High School 1 Capkala the method in this study is the experiment and the shape of his research is the pre-experimental design. The samples in this study were as  Many as 25 students of class VIII student. The results of the research and  analysis of data obtained average pretest 2.412 and posttest 2.828 (an increase of 0.416). to 3.896 t-test with a statistical look at the table where the degressof freedom db=(N-1) is 25-1=24 and the significance levelof 5% was obtained table = 1.711. Thus the value of the table=1.711,meaning that the hypothesis is accepted means that there are significant leapfrog game ban against the results of the long jump at the State Junior High School 1 Capkala.
