MENINGKATKAN PEMBELAJARAN LOMPAT JAUH MELALUI PENDEKATAN MEDIA ALAT PERAGA GELANG SINTETIS DI SEKOLAH DASAR

Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran lompat jauh gaya jongkok melalui pendekatan media alat peraga gelang sintetis bagi siswa kelas V SD Negeri 11 Batu Ampar Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Bentuk penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dilaksanakan dengan beberapa siklus, dalam satu siklus terdiri dari empat langkah, yaitu: Perencanaan, aksi atau tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan dua siklus pada semester II bulan Januari minggu ke empat sampai dengan bulan Maret minggu pertama sebanyak 6 kali pertemuan. Hasil penelitian selama 2 siklus menunjukkan telah terjadi peningkatan nilai belajar lompat jauh gaya jongkok, peningkatan tersebut dibuktikan dengan data awal nilai rata-rata kelas 66.40, pada siklus I meningkat menjadi 69.06, kemudian pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 79.68. Maka, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran melalui pendekatan media alat peraga gelang sintetis dapat meningkatkan pembelajaran lompat jauh gaya jongkok.   Kata Kunci : Lompat Jauh Gaya Jongkok, Media, Alat Peraga, Gelang Sintetis   Abstract : The main purpose of this research is to increase the learning quality of broard jump squatting style through synthetic bracelet instrument media approach for students of grade V SD Negeri 11 Batu Ampar Kabupaten Kubu Raya. The method that is used in this research is descriptive method. The form of this research is Classroom Action Research. Classroom Action Research is implemented by some cycles, there are four in one cycle, that are : planning, action, observation, and reflection. This research is implemented by two cycles fourth weeks in January at second semester until the first week in march total of six sessions. The result of this research for two cycles is there were increasing the value of learning broad jump squatting style, the increase is proved by preliminary data of class average value 66.40, at first cycle increase into 69,06, then at second cycles increase into 79,68. Based on the research, it can be concluded that learning through synthetic bracelet instrument media approach can increase broad jump squatting style learning.
