<![CDATA[ABSTRACT: The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an effect on the results of the frog jump long jump by boys SMAN 4 Singkawang. The population in this study consisted of 113 people, consisting of 65 boys and 48 girls of class X SMAN 4 Singkawang. Sampling technique uses cluster sampling to select the experimental class and the control class as many as 34 students. The results of the study, namely the t-test showed that the long jump significantly increased the t count> t table (3.563> 2.210) with the pre-test results of 3.60 and 3.74 for the post-test. Thus there is an influence on the results frog jump long jump by boys SMAN 4 Singkawang. To improve the results of the long jump penjasorkes teacher can make an effort to provide training to students frog jump. Key word: Long jump, Frog jump, Learning outcomes of the long jump ABSTRAK: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh loncat katak terhadap hasil lompat jauh siswa putra SMA Negeri 4 Singkawang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 113 orang, yang terdiri dari 65 putra dan 48 putri kelas X SMA Negeri 4 Singkawang. Teknik Pengambilan sampel menggunakan cluster sampling untuk memilih kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol sebanyak 34 siswa. Hasil dari penelitian yaitu uji-t menunjukkan bahwa lompat jauh mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan yaitu t hitung t tabel (3,5632,210) dengan hasil pre-test sebesar 3,60 dan pos- test sebesar 3,74. Dengan demikian ada pengaruh loncat katak terhadap hasil lompat jauh siswa putra SMA Negeri 4 Singkawang. Untuk meningkatkan hasil lompat jauh guru penjasorkes dapat melakukan upaya dengan memberikan latihan loncat katak kepada siswa. Kata kunci: Lompat Jauh, Loncat katak, Hasil belajar lompat jauh.]]>
