Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas peserta didik dalam pembelajaran tematik menggunakan pendekatan saintifik di kelas I Sekolah Dasar Negeri 03 Sungai Laur Ketapang. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, bentuk penelitian yaitu penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK), dan sifat penelitian bersifat kolaboratif, subyek penelitian yaitu guru dan peserta didik kelas I Sekolah Dasar Negeri 03 Sungai Laur Ketapang yang berjumlah 19 orang. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik observasi langsung, teknik dokumenter, dan alat pengumpul data yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan observasi melalui pendekatan saintifik dapat meningkatkan aktivitas peserta didik. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis yang menyatakan penerapan pendekatan saintifik pada pembelajaran tematik di kelas I Sekolah Dasar Negeri 03 Sungai Laur Ketapang pada pembelajaran tematik dapat meningkatkan aktivitas peserta didik, diterima. Kata kunci : Aktivitas, Pembelajaran Tematik, Pendekatan Saintifik. Abstract: The problem in this research is an attempt to improve the learners' learning activities by using scientific approach in thematic learning at the first  grade students in the Elementary School 03 Sungai Laur Ketapang. This research method is descriptive, in classroom action research, and the nature of this research is qualitative research, the research subjects are teacher and learners elementary school first grade students in the Elementary School 03 Sungai Laur Ketapang  which consisted of 19 people in whole. The techniques used in this research were the technique of direct observation, documentary technique, and data collection tool were used as observation guidelines. The result based on observation by using scientific approach had improved learners learning activities. This shows that the hypothesis that stated the application of scientific approach in thematic learning at the first grade in the  Elementary School 03 Sungai Laur Ketapang can improve learners' learning activities, accepted.
