Abstract This study is aimed at data collection that utilizes information and communication technology which is expected to be the actual data base nationally in the making of education policy, still much complained by some teachers especially in Sintang District. There are still many teachers who have not been fully recorded so that teacher profession allowances can not be disbursed. qualitative research. Qualitative research is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or oral words of people and observed behavior. The results of this study show the Effectiveness of Primary Data Management Data In Distributing Teacher Certification Funds In Sintang District Education Office is still not optimal. Not all schools have Input of Basic Education Data. Not all schools have regularly updating data in Sintang District.
