Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengelolaan laboratorium IPA yang meliputi : pengawasan (controlling ) pada laboratorium IPA di MTs N I Pontianak. Metode penelitian ini deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang dilaksanakan di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Pontianak. Subjek  penelitian ini berjumlah 6 orang yaitu Kepala madrasah, Kepala Tata Usaha, Kepala Laboratorium, Wakil Kepala Urusan Kurikulum, satu orang guru mata pelajaran IPA, dan satu orang peserta didik. Kepala Madrasah berjenis kelamin laki-laki berusia 55 tahun.Kepala Tata Usaha berjenis kelamin laki-laki berusia  48 tahun. Kepala Laboratorium IPA berjenis kelamin perempuan berusia 45 tahun, Wakil Kepala Urusan Kurikulum berjenis kelamin laki-laki umur 48 th. Satu Orang guru mata pelajaran IPA berjenis kelamin perempuan berusia 34 tahun. Satu orang peserta didik berjenis kelamin kelamin laki-laki berusia 14 tahun. Instrumen pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagai berikut : (4) Pengawasan pada laboratorium IPA secara langsung dan tidak langsung. Implikasinya untuk pengawasan langsung dalam bentuk supervisi dilakukan oleh pengawas sekolah,kepala madrasah, guru senior, teman sejawat. Tidak langsung seperti: pelaporan perbulan, pengisian buku kegiatan jurnal harian, pengiriman foto pada saat pelaksanaan praktikum,Kata Kunci :Controlling, Pengelolaan, Laboratorium, IPA  PENDAHULUAN

Abstract

Abstract The management of School Operational Assistance Grant (BOS) at school level based on BOS technical instructions from the minister of education and culture of Republic Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to describe planning, organizing, actuating and monitoring the school operational assistance grant conducted at SMP Bruder Singkawang in order to find out the management process that have done. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design and data collection technique based on interviews, observation and documentation. The planning of school operational assistance grant is realized in the form of a school activity and budget plan (RKAS) compiled in a meeting by principal, treasurers, school committees and teachers. The programs in the school activity and budget plan (RKAS) refers to the results of the report on Education Quality Improvement (PMP). The mechanism of school operational assistance distribution has been integrated with the application of basic education data (DAPODIK). The organizing of SMP Bruder Singkawang School Operational Assistance Team based on decree number: 422/009 / SMP.BR / TUK / 2018 dated January 16, 2018. Based on 10 components of financing in BOS technical instructions, 8 components can be realized with school operational assistance grants, while the 2 other components, namely financing new student admission activities and purchasing / maintenance of multilearning tools using foundation grants. Based o the Eight BOS financing standards, the most conspicuous difference betwen plans dan realizations are the proccess standard and the management standard. The supervision of school operational assistance grants in SMP Bruder Singkawang has done directly by the principal, the foundation as the school committee and Education Departmen of Singkawang. Meanwhile, the Education Departmen of Singkawang only conducts the administrative supervision. Keywords: Management, School Operational Assistance Grant

Abstract

AbstractHis study aims to determine the effect of (1) Principal Situational Leadership on School Productivity in Sub Rayon 2 High School Sambas Regency; (2) School Culture Against Productivity in Sub Rayon 2 High School Sambas Regency; (3) Principal Situational Leadership and School Culture Against Productivity in Sub Rayon 2 High School Sambas Regency. In this study using a quantitative research approach with descriptive analytical methods. The subjects of this study were teacher teachers in sub-rayon 2 high school in Sambas Regency with a total of 100 research subjects. The instrument used in the research is the Principal Situational Leadership instrument, School Culture instruments and School Productivity instruments using a Likert scale.The hypothesis testing conducted in this study uses multiple regression techniques. The results of the analysis show that: (1) there is the effect of the Principal Situational Leadership on School Productivity with a value of 4.8%; (2) there is an influence of School Culture on School Productivity with a value of 7.1%; and (3) there is the effect of Principal Situational Leadership and School Culture on School Productivity with a value of 14.36%.Keywords: Situational Leadership School School Productivity Culture

Abstract

 Abstract This study aims to determine how the teachers’ achievement motivation, the principals’ transformational leadership, and school climate, also how the influence of each and simultaneously all variables. The general objective of this research is to determine the influence of transformational leadership and school climate on the achievement motivation of teachers in special schools in Pontianak, Indonesia. This research uses quantitative research methods and uses a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The subjects of this study were 65 teachers of special schools in elementary schools (SDLB) in Pontianak. Their characteristics are permanent teachers, a minimum of two years of work, status as government employees or non, and a bachelor’s degree. The results of the study are: (1) a description of teachers’ achievement motivation is classified as high (34.38%) and variations score 92-99; (2) the description of transformational leadership is quite good (45.32%) and variations score 110 - 122; (3) the description of special school climate is classified as good (39.06%) and variations score 103-110; (4) transformational leadership influences the teachers’ achievement motivation; (5) school climate influences teachers’ achievement motivation; and (5) simultaneously, transformational leadership and school climate influence teachers’ achievement motivation. The conclusion of this study is the achievement motivation of special school teachers in Pontianak is influenced by the principals’ transformational leadership and school climate by 39.50% simultaneously, while the other 60.50% is influenced by other variables. Keywords: Achievement Motivation, School Climate, Transformational Leadership

Abstract

Abstract  The purpose of National Education is to develop the quality of human resources as early as possible in a directional, integrated and comprehensive through various productive and creative efforts by all components of the nation, so that young people can develop optimally. Personnel directly related to the task of providing education is Educators and Education Personnel. The purpose of this study is to obtain descriptive information about the implementation of educator standards and education personnel focused on academic qualifications, physical and spiritual health of educators as well as their competence, academic qualifications and leadership capabilities of the headmaster. With a qualitative approach and case study, this thesis is prepared using primary and secondary data through interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction, presentation, and conclusions. The study found that; educators' academic qualifications meet the standards, the physical and spiritual health of educators, the competence of educators is also good, the academic qualifications of the headmaster have been very feasible, and this certainly has implications on the leadership capability.  Keywords: Implementation, Standard, educators and education personnel

Abstract

AbstractEducation is a determining factor in creating the nation’s progress. Teachers have a very important role in achieving educational goal, for that the teacher must have a good performance. There are many factors that influence teacher performance, some of them are Principal’s leadership and  Teacher Work Motivation.The purpose of this research was to find : The Influence of Principal’s Leadership and  Teacher Work Motivation on the Performance of State Junior High School Teachers in Kecamatan Sintang. The research uses a quantitative approach in the form of associative. This research was held on seven State Junior High School in Kecamatan Sintang with the sample 112 respondent. Analytical techniques used simple linear regression analysis techniques and multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of study it can be seen that (1)there is a significant influence of the Principal’s Leadership on the Performance of State Junior High School Teachers in Kecamatan Sintang. (2) there is a significant influence of Teacher Work Motivation on the Performance of State Junior High School Teachers in Kecamatan Sintang. (3) there is a significant the Influence of Principal’s Leadership and  Teacher Work Motivation on the Performance of State Junior High School Teachers in Kecamatan Sintang. Keywords : Principal’s Leadership, Teacher Work Motivation and Teacher Performance.

Abstract

AbstractCreativity is an important thing that children have that needs to be improved. Through a variety of learning media used by teachers, optimizing all aspects of children's creativity development. This then makes researchers want to examine the efforts of teachers in developing the creativity of children aged 5-6 years in PAUD Rosella North Pontianak. The questions in this study are what the teacher does, how and how to evaluate learning in developing original creativity in children aged 5-6 years in PAUD Rosella North Pontianak. The method used in this study was descriptive with a qualitative approach. The location of the study was conducted at Rosella PAUD North Pontianak. Techniques for collecting data used interview techniques, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicated that the efforts of teachers in developing creativity in children aged 5-6 years in RosellaPAUD North Pontianak, teachers make plans for implementing daily learning (RPPH). In making plans for implementing learning, the teacher determined the activities to be carried out and prepares the media / learning resources needed. The teacher also guides and motivates children in conducting experiments to develop creativity in children aged 5-6 years in PAUD Rosella, North Pontianak.Keywords: Children aged 5-6 years, creativity, teacher's efforts

Abstract

 Abstract The school program has planned and implemented so that the effectiveness of education services is achieved as expected. Achieving school goals through the program cannot be achieved effectively, if the school only hopes for the government and the foundation. The Schools need partners to achieve effective service in education. The school partner is the school committee as a forum for the community to support the school in carrying out its program.The Role of School Committees in Increasing the Effectiveness of Education Services in the Suster Private Elementary School, West Singkawang Sub-Districtwith a focus on research : 1) The role of school Committees in providing Advisory Agencies, 2) Support (Supporting Agency), 3) The roles as a controlling agency, 4) As school Committee as an intermediary between the government and the community (Mediator Agency), 5) The factors influence the role of the School Committee in increasing the effectiveness of education services. The results of the study concluded in general the Suster Private Elementary School, West Singkawang Sub-District, School Committee could be categorized as good. In particular, the role of the School Committee has carried out roles as: 1) Advisory Agency, 2), Sopporting Agency, 3) Controlling Agency, 4) The intermediary between the government and the community (Mediator Agency), it's good even though there are still some inputs and suggestions from researchers.  Keywords: Advisory Agency, Controlling Agency, Mediator Agency, and Supporting Agency

Abstract

Abstract Islamic boarding schools are a benchmark in character building, therefore, all administrators, religious teachers and scholars to always be consistent and consistent in character building for every santri. The development of santri characters with educating systems and rules so that in the future santris will grow well too. The focus and purpose of this research was to describe Kiai's Leadership in the Development of Santri Characters, Santri activities in fostering the character of santri, and monitoring activities in fostering the character of santri. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive research. Data collection techniques used include: In-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study were Kiai's leadership in the development of santri character of Kiai as a Motivator, namely Kiai often provides motivation so that santri can be more enthusiastic in positive things or good things. Kiai as an innovator, Kiai has made a renewal or breakthrough in an organization. Innovation is a movement that can provide a different atmosphere . Kiai as a facilitator, Kiai has provided facilities in the form of facilities and infrastructure to support activities in the pesantren. Kiai as mobilisator who moved in giving direction to subordinates, namely to ustadz-ustadzah.   Keywords:  Development of Santri Character, Kiai, Leadership.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Implementasi Metode Bercerita Dalam Pembelajaran Untuk  Meningkatkan Percaya Diri  Pada Anak Usia 5-6  Tahun Di Taman Kanak-Kanak Aisyiyah 6 Pontianak Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dengan alat pengumpul data yaitu panduan observasi, wawancara dan catatan lapangan. Hasil analisis data menunjukan Implementasi Metode Bercerita Dalam Pembelajaran Untuk  Meningkatkan Percaya Diri  Pada Anak Usia 5-6  Tahun yaitu dengan membuat perencanaan pembelajaran yang memuat tentang Implementasi Metode Bercerita Dalam Pembelajaran Untuk  Meningkatkan Percaya Diri  Pada Anak Usia 5-6  Tahun, mendidik, mengajar, mengarahkan, menstimulus,  memotivasi,  serta memberikan teladan yang baik kepada anak agar anak memiliki kemampuan dalam meningkatkan percaya  dirinya.   Kata Kunci:  Metode bercerita, Pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan percaya diri     Abstract: This study aimed to describe Storytelling in Learning Implementation Methods To Increase Confidence  In Children Aged 5-6 Years in kindergarten Aisyiyah 6 Pontianak method used in this research is descriptive and qualitative research approaches. The technique used in this study is observation, interview, documentation with the data collection tool that guides observation, interviews and field notes. The results of data analysis showed Storytelling Implementation Methods In Learning To Increase Confidence In Children Aged 5-6 Years is to create a learning plan that includes about Storytelling in Learning Implementation Methods To Increase Confidence In Children Aged 5-6 Years, educating, teaching, directing , stimulate, motivate, and provide a good example to the children so that children have the ability to increase self-confidence.   Keywords: Method Of Storytelling, Learning To Boost Confidence
