Abstract

Abstrak: Disinyalir sering ditemui di sekolah-sekolah guru masuk kelas telat lima sampai lima belas menit menjadikannya hal yang biasa dan hal ini merupakan contoh kurang baik bagi siswa. Fokus penelitian diarahkan pada: (1) bagaimana kepala sekolah merencanakan pembinaan disiplin siswa melalui keteladanan guru di SMP Negeri 1 Selakau?, (2) bagaimana kepala sekolah melaksanakan pembinaan disiplin siswa melalui keteladanan guru di SMP Negeri 1 Selakau?, dan (3) bagaimana kepala sekolah mengevaluasi pembinaan disiplin siswa melalui keteladanan guru di SMP Negeri 1 Selakau?, (4) apakah faktor pendukung dan penghambat pembinaan disiplin siswa melalui keteladanan guru di SMP Negeri 1 Selakau?.Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan penelitian kualitatif, jenis penelitian studi kasus, orientasi teoritisnya mengacu pada konsep fenomenologi. Hasil wawancara, pengamatan dan dokumen sekolah terungkap bahwa ada kecenderungan keberhasilan kepala sekolah dalam membina disiplin siswa di SMP Negeri 1 Selakau dilakukan melalui keteladanan guru. Kata kunci: Pembinaan, Disiplin Siswa, Keteladanan Guru. Abstract: Allegedly often found in schools teachers enter the classroom late five to fifteen minutes making it a regular thing and it is not good for siswa. The focus of the research is directed at: (1) how to plan the principal disciplines of coaching students through exemplary teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Selakau?, (2) how to implement the principal disciplines of coaching students through exemplary teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Selakau?, And (3) how evaluate principals disciplined coaching students through exemplary teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Selakau?, (4) whether the factors supporting and inhibiting the development of the discipline of students with exemplary teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Selakau?. Metode example used is a qualitative research approach, the type of case study research, theoretical orientation refers to the theory phenomenology. Interviews, observations and school documents revealed that there is a tendency of the principal in fostering the success of students in the discipline of SMP Negeri 1 Selakau done through exemplary teachers.
