Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kekurangan, Kelebihan, Peluang, dan Ancaman pada usaha Rumah Makan Pondok Ale-Ale Pontianak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh antara lain kekuatan Rumah Makan Pondok Ale-ale adalah berada di dekat beberapa instansi/perkantoran dan di jalur dua arah, kenyamanan lokasi, memiliki menu (product) yang bervariasi, cita rasa yang khas, makanan yang dijual familiar bagi konsumen, selalu ada inovasi baru, harga terjangkau,dan promosi dengan berbagai media. Kelemahannya adalah minimnya lahan parker dan tempat makan terasa panas saat siang hari, tidak dapat dinikmati oleh semua orang, bahan baku tidak tahan lama, dan belum melakukan promosi melalui media televisi. Peluangnya adalah berada di dekat beberapa instansi/perkantoran dan di pinggiran jalan yang ramai dilalui, memiliki beberapa cabang, digemari bagi pecinta seafood, ciri khas menu adalah seafood, menyediakan paket pesta ulang tahun dan cathering, dan promosi gratis. Ancamannya adalah banyak usaha serupa dan pilihan usaha makanan di sekitar, isu kebersihan, dan bahan baku susah dicari. Kata Kunci : SWOT Usaha Rumah Makan Pondok Ale-Ale Abstract: This study aims to determine Disadvantages, Advantages, Opportunities, and Threats to operations Eating cottage Ale-Ale Pontianak. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results obtained among other powers Eating Ale-Ale cottage is located near several agencies/offices and in lane two-way, convenience of location, has a menu (product) is varied, distinctive taste, familiar foods sold to consumers, there are always new innovations, affordable price, and promotion to various media. The disadvantage is the lack of parking and dining area feels hot during the day, can not be enjoyed by all people, raw materials are perishable, and not through the medium of television promotions. Chances are located near several agencies/offices and on the outskirts of the well-traveled road, has several branches, the rage for seafood lovers, the hallmark of the menu is seafood, providing a birthday party package and cathering, and free promotion. The threat is a lot of similar businesses and business choices around food, hygiene issues, and the raw material is hard to find. Keywords: Business SWOT Eating Cottage Ale-Ale
