EFEKTIVITAS HASIL BELAJAR DENGAN MODEL STUDENT TEAMS ACHIEVEMENT DIVISION PADA PELAJARAN AKUNTANSI DI SMK

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to determine the increase in student learning outcomes in accounting subjects of class X in SMK Rasau Jaya Development. The research method that used is a pre experiment and the research design that used is a one group pretest-posttest. The study sample is 31 students. The results of data analysis showed that the average value of students who are taught by STAD model of 63.81 is higher than before taught the STAD model is equal to 51.97, in case the results of pretest to posttest mean an increase of 11.84. While the effectiveness of student learning is high, located on ES > 0.8 (1.56 > 0.8). If viewed from a standard normal curve from 0 to Z is obtained by 0.4406 area. Keywords: Effectiveness, model student teams achievement division, learning outcomes Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran akuntansi kelas X di SMK Pembangunan Rasau Jaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre eksperiment dengan rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah One Group Pretest-Posttest. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 31 siswa. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai belajar siswa yang diajar dengan model STAD sebesar 63,81 lebih tinggi dibandingkan sebelum diajar dengan model STAD yaitu sebesar 51,97, hal in berarti hasil pretest ke posttest mengalami kenaikan sebesar 11,84. Sedangkan efektivitas belajar siswa tergolong tinggi yang terletak pada ES > 0,8 (1,56 > 0,8). Jika dilihat dari kurva normal standar dari 0 ke Z maka di peroleh daerah sebesar 0,4406.
