<![CDATA[Abstrak: Penelitian tentang pengaruh latihan lompat meraih sasaran terhadap kemampuan lompat jauh gaya jongkok bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan lompat meraih sasaran terhadap kemampuan lompat jauh pada siswa putra kelas VII D Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 20 Pontianak. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan bentuk penelitian pra eksperimental. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah One Group Pre test-Post test Design, yaitu rancangan tes awal dan tes akhir satu kelompok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil t hitung yaitu 5.247 akan dibandingkan dengan t tabel sebesar 2,145. Jadi t hitung (5,247) > t tabel (2,145) 5%. Nilai t hitung yang diperoleh lebih besar dari nilai t tabel maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh latihan lompat meraih sasaran terhadap kemampuan lompat jauh sebesar 12,11% pada siswa putra kelas VII D Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 20 Pontianak.
