<![CDATA[Peningkatan Keterampilan Berbicara Menggunakan Metode Investigasi Kelompok pada Siswa Kelas VIII A Semester 1 SMPN 3 Sengah Temila Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013. Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara siswa dalam kegiatan diskusi di keas VIII SMPN 3 Sengah Temila kabupaten Landak provinsi Kalimantan Barat menggunakan metode investigasi kelompok. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskripsif dengan bentuk penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Data penelitian ini adalah proses dan hasil belajar siswa. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah siswa dan guru. Hasil analisi data menunjukkan pada siklus I rata-rata nilai siswa adalah 70,45 yang berarti telah memenuhi KKM, namun jumlah siswa yang memperoleh nilai tuntas adalah 11 siswa dari 22 siswa atau 50,00% dari keseluruhan siswa. Pada siklus II rata-rata nilai siswa meningkat menjadi 86,36 atau 19 siswa memeperoleh nilai tuntas. Dengan demikian, terjadi peningkatan sebesar 36,36%. Kata kunci: Keterampilan berbicara, metode investigasi kelompok Abstract :Improving Students Speaking Ability by Using Group Investigating Method on Grade VIII A First Semester Students of SMPN 3 Sengah Temila Academic Year 2012/2013. This research is conducted to improve students speaking ability in a discussion activity in class VIII SMPN 3 Sengah Temila Landak regency province of West Kalimantan by using group investigatin method. The method used is descriptive with the form of quantitative and qualitative. The research data are the process and the result of students learning. The data sources are the students and the teachers. The data analysis shows that in cycle I students average score is 70,45 which means that it has fulfill the KKM, but the number of the students who satisfy the minimum score are 11 out of 22 students or 50,00% of the total of the students. In cycle II the average score is increased to 86,36 or 19 students pass the minimum score. Thus, there is an improvement in number 36,36%. Keywords: Speaking ability, group investigating method]]>
