<![CDATA[Abstrak: penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidak pengaruh variasi mengajar terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas XI pada mata pelajaran ekonomi SMA PGRI 1 Pontianak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 38 siswa dengan bentuk penelitian populasi. Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa variasi mengajar guru ekonomi mata pelajaran sudah sangat efektif dalam proses belajar mengajar. Hasil analisis regresi sederhana menggunakan SPSS 22 menunjukan pengaruh variasi mengajar terhadap motivasi belajar siswa dengan formulasi Y = -14,993 + 1, 083X. Berdasarkan perhitungan program SPSS 11, t hitung sebesar 2, 095, tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,043 dan t tabel 2,028. T hitung > t tabel maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Koefisien eterminasi pada penelitian ini menunjukan kontribusi pengaruh variabel bebas terhaap variabel terikat adalah 0,109 atau 10,9 sedangkan sisanya 89,1 dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Â Kata kunci : Variasi Mengajar, Motivasi Belajar Abstract: This study aims to determine whether or not the effect of variations of teaching on student motivation XI on economic subjects SMA PGRI 1 Pontianak. The method used is descriptive method. These samples included 38 students to form study population. Results of the data analysis showed that the variation of subjects taught economics teacher has been very effective in teaching and learning. Simple regression analysis using SPSS 22 shows the effect of variation of teaching on student motivation with formulations Y = -14.993 + 1, 083X.
