Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis RME yang valid dan efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa pada materi SPLDV. Perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan meliputi RPP, LKS dan Tes hasil belajar. Pengembangannya menggunakan model Borg & Gall & Nana Syaodih Sukmadinata dengan tahapan yaitu studi pendahuluan, tahap desain produk, tahap pengembangan dan evaluasi. Berdasarkan analisa data dengan skala 5 (Melati) dihasilkan penilaian perangkat pembelajaran berkriteria baik dengan persentase penilaian RPP dan LKS masing-masing 85,6% dan 89,6% menunjukkan kualitas sangat baik. Sementara tes hasil belajar oleh ahli dan praktisi dinyatakan valid dan layak untuk digunakan dengan reliabelitas 0,71 berkriteria tinggi. Perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan berkriteria efektif didasarkan pada ketuntasan belajar dengan persentase 90% tuntas, kemampuan guru mengelola pembelajaran 85,26% dengan kriteria sangat baik, aktivitas siswa 84,17% dengan kriteria sangat aktif dan  respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran dengan persentase 94,26% dengan kriteria sangat positif. Kemampuan komunikasi matematis mengalami peningkatan skor tes hasil belajar sebesar 5,61 dengan skor maksimum 29. Kata Kunci: Perangkat Pembelajaran, RME, Komunikasi Matematis Abstract: The aims of this research were to develop teaching media based on valid and effective RME to develop mathematic communicative ability of students on SPLDV materials. Teaching media that designed include: Lesson Plan (RPP), Students’ Activity Sheet (LKS), and Final Test. The type of development applied was Borg & Gall & Nana Syaodih Sukmadinata model with steps as follows: preliminary study, product design, development stage and evaluation. Based on data analysis with scale up to 5 (Melati) therefore the result was the assessment of teaching media with good criteria, with percentage of Lesson Plan (RPP) assessment and Students’ Activity Sheet (LKS) was 85.6% and 89.9% per each, which shows very good quality. Whilst the test of learning results by the experts and practitioners were proclaimed as valid and worth to use with reliability op to 0.71 high criteria. The teaching media which developed was effectively criteria based on learning achievement with 90% of accomplish percentage, the ability of teachers to control teaching learning activity was 85.26% with very well criteria, students’ activity was 84.17% with very active criteria and students’ response toward teaching learning with 94.26% very positive criteria of percentage. The score of learning test result of mathematic communicative ability were increased up to 5.61 with maximum score of 29. Key Word: Teaching Media, RME, Mathematic Communication
