<![CDATA[Abstract: Factors Influencing the Utilization of School Libraries As High School Student Affairs Infrastructure 7 Pontianak. This study aims to determine the factors that affect students in the use of the school library as a learning tool. The method used is descriptive research survey form. Sample of 207 people consisting of class XI and XII of the school year 2012/2013. Results of data analysis showed that the factor 1 (component) or factor 2 had a correlation of 0.750, which means strong enough for 0,750> 0.5. Thus factor 1 and factor 2 can be said to be appropriate to summarize all 6 independent variables. Factor 1 consists of independent variables: a. Information technology (cafe), b. Students' interest, c. Library collections and Factor 2 consisted of the independent variable: a. Services, b. Library, c. Free time at school. Thus, the factors that form can be described as follows: (a) Factor 1 is referred to as cause direct utilization and (b) Factor 1 is referred to as indirect because utilization. Keywords: Utilization of school libraries Abstrak: Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Pemanfaatan Perpustakaan Sekolah Sebagai Prasarana Belajar Siswa SMA Negeri 7 Pontianak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi siswa dalam memanfaatkan perpustakaan sekolah sebagai sarana belajar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian survei. Populasi dalam penelitin ini adalah siswa SMA Negeri 7 Pontianak. Sampel sebanyak 207 orang terdiri dari kelas XI dan XII tahun ajaran 2012/2013. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa faktor 1 (komponen) ataupun faktor 2 memiliki korelasi sebesar 0,750 yang artinya cukup kuat karena 0,750 > 0,5. Dengan demikian faktor 1 dan faktor 2 dapat dikatakan tepat untuk merangkum ke-6 variabel independen. Faktor 1 terdiri dari variable independen: a. Informasi teknologi, b. Minat baca siswa, c. Koleksi bahan pustaka dan Faktor 2 terdiri dari variabel independen: a. Pelayanan, b. Ruang perpustakaan, c. Waktu senggang di sekolah. Dengan demikian, faktor-faktor yang terbentuk dapat di deskripsikan sebagai berikut: (a) Faktor 1 disebut sebagai sebab pemanfatan langsung dan (b) Faktor 1 disebut sebagai sebab pemanfaatan tidak langsung.
