Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui  pengaruh variasi pembelajaran lari gawang terhadap hasil belajar lompat jauh gaya jongkok pada siswa kelas VIII SMPN 19 Pontianak. Metode dalam penelitian meggunakan penelitian eksperimen dengan bentuk desain eksperimen pre-experimental design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah berjumlah 239 orang  dengan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling berjumlah 40 siswa. Hasil analisis data yang diperoleh nilai ttest yaitu sebesar 10,99, dengan derajat kebebasan db=(N-1) adalah 40-1=39 dan pada taraf signifikansi 5% diperoleh nilai ttabel sebesar 2,0399. Berdasarkan hasil belajar yang diraih siswa yaitu dengan rata - rata tes awal dan akhir kemampuan siswa mengalami peningkatan yaitu sebesar 19,17 dengan persentase peningkatan sebesar 33,12%. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan mengunakan analisis uji-t, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh variasi pembelajaran lari gawang terhadap hasil belajar lompat jauh gaya jongkok, hal tersebut dikarenakan siswa lebih tertarik mengikuti pembelajaran lompat jauh setelah guru menggunakan variasi pembelajaran di dalam proses pembelajaran.   Kata kunci : Lari gawang, Lompat jauh gaya jongkok.   Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of variations in the learning hurdles on learning outcomes in the long jump squat style class VIII SMPN 19 Pontianak. Methods in research receipts experimental study with experimental design form pre-experimental design. The population in this study is numbered 239 people using purposive sampling with a sample of 40 students. Results of analysis of data obtained ttest value that is equal to 10.99, with degrees of freedom db = (N-1) is 40-1 = 39 and at the significance level of 5% was obtained ttable value of 2.0399. Based on students' learning outcomes are achieved by the average - average initial and final test the student's ability to increase in the amount of 19.17 with a percentage increase of 33.12%. Based on calculations using t-test analysis, it can be concluded that there are significant variations in the learning hurdles on learning outcomes long jump squat style, it is because the students are more interested in learning to follow the long jump after the teacher uses a variation of learning in the learning process.   Keywords: Run wicket, Long jump squat style.
