Abstract

Abstrak: Latar belakang penelitian adalah pada saat guru mengajarkan materi organ pernapasan pada manusia, guru kurang mengembangkan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran, sehingga langkah-langkah pelaksanaan pembelajaran tidak maksimal. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa materi organ pernapasan pada manusia dengan metode diskusi kelompok di kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 06 Sungai Laur. Metode penelitian adalah deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian tindakan kelas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan guru menyusun rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran meningkat sebesar 0,38. Kemampuan guru melaksanakan pembelajaran meningkat sebesar 0,29. Hasil belajar siswa meningkat sebesar 11,67. Kata Kunci: Hasil belajar siswa, metode diskusi kelompok, pembelajaran ilmu pengetahuan alam Abstract: Background research is when teachers teach the material in the human respiratory organs, less teachers develop a lesson plan, so the step-by-step implementation of learning is not maximal. The purpose of the research is to improve student learning outcomes matter respiratory organs in humans with group discussion method in class V 06 River Elementary School Laur. The research method is descriptive form of action research. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the ability of teachers to plan the implementation of learning increased by 0.38. The ability of teachers to implement instructional increased by 0.29. Student learning outcomes increased by 11.67. Keywords: student learning, group discussion method, learning science
