Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari empat dimensi Leader Member Exchange, dimensi contribution dan professional respect yang memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational commitment. Sedangkan dimensi Leader Member Exchange lainnya yakni affect berpengaruh secara positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap organizational commitment dan dimensi Loyalty memilki pengaruh negative signifikan terhadap organizational commitment. The method that was used is a quantitative method. The result shows that from four dimensions of Leader Member Exchange, contribution dimension and professional respect have positive and significant influence toward organization commitment. While other dimensions of Leader Member Exchange which is affect influence positively but not significant towards organizational commitment and loyalty dimension have significant and negative influence towards organizational commitment.
