PENGARUH PEMANFAATAN PERPUSTAKAAN SEKOLAH TERHADAP TINGKAT LITERASI EKONOMI SISWA KELAS XI IIS SMA NEGERI 7 SURABAYA TAHUN PELAJARAN 2015/2016

Abstrak Perpustakaan sekolah adalah perpustakaan yang berada di sekolah, dikelola oleh sekolah, dan berfungsi untuk sarana kegiatan belajar mengajar, penelitian sederhana, menyediakan bahan bacaan guna menambah ilmu pengetahuan, termasuk menambah literasi ekonomi siswa, maka diperlukan pemanfaatan perpustakaan sekolah yang baik oleh siswa untuk menjadikan siswa memiliki tingkat literasi ekonomi yang tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh pemanfaatan perpustakaan sekolah terhadap tingkat literasi ekonomi siswa kelas XI IIS SMA Negeri 7 Surabaya tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif kausal dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuatitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IIS SMA Negeri 7 Surabaya yang berjumlah 113 siswa. teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket yaitu untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan perpustakaan sekolah, dan tingkat literasi ekonomi, serta wawancara untuk mengetahui kondisi perpustakaan SMA Negeri 7 Surabaya. Berdasarkan hasil Uji t (Parsial) penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan perpustakaan sekolah berpengaruh positif terhadap literasi ekonomi siswa tetapi pemanfaatan perpustakaan sekolah tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap literasi ekonomi hal ini dikarenakan siswa kelas XI IIS SMA negeri 7 Surabaya jarang berkunjung ke perpustakaan dan ketika siswa berkunjung ke perpustakaan siswa jarang membaca buku ekonomi. Kata kunci : Pemanfaatan Perpustakaan Sekolah, Literasi Ekonomi Abstract School libraries are libraries that are in school, managed by the schools , and serves for means of teaching and learning activities , simple research , provide reading material in order to increase knowledge , including adding economic literacy of students , it is necessary to use a good school library by students to make students have a high level of economic literacy. The desired goal in this research is to analyze the effect of the use of the school library to the level of economic literacy in the students of class XI IIS SMAN 7 Surabaya 2015/2016 lessons years. This research method is associative causal research using quantitative approach. The population in this study were all students of class XI IIS SMAN 7 Surabaya totaling 113 students. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire which is to examine the use of the school library, and the level of economic literacy, as well as interviews to determine the condition of SMAN 7 Surabaya. Based on the results of the test t (partial)this study indicate that the use of the school library has positive influence on literacy economics students but the use of the school library did not significantly affect literacy economy because students of class XI IIS SMAN 7 Surabaya rarely visited the library and when students visit the library students rarely read economics textbooks.
