The purpose of this study to analyze the effect of human resource management practices and the implementation of total quality management on employee performance. This research is quantitative with a population of employees of the Packing Plant PT. Incasi Raya. The analytical method used path analysis, using SPSS version 20. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The practice of human resource management has a positive and significant effect on the implementation of total quality management, 2) The practice of human resource management has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 3) Implementation of total quality management has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
