Abstract

Learning 4.0 refers to 9 IT-based trends and learning. Changes in education gave birth to innovations in the field of education with the aim of improving the quality of education. Information technology as an innovation becomes an educational need. Technology support in the field of education, educators are greatly helped in efforts to improve the quality of learning. The characteristics of mobile devices that have a high degree of flexibility and portability enable students to access material, direction and information related to learning where and at any time. One of them is the use of mobile learning applications. Interactive multimedia applications can be developed into mobile learning applications. The purpose of this study is to produce an application as a learning tool for students of research methods on Android-based smartphones that have material content that is tailored to the SOP of the State University of Padang. This application was developed through the Prototyping development approach with an Android-based Java programming language using the Integrated Development Environment (IDE) of Android Studio. The making of this research resulted in the application of research methods courses as a means of learning for students who had syllabus features, lesson plans, material from units I to X and videos adapted to the syllabus. With the results of the application of learning this research method, it is expected that this application can contribute and provide convenience in the learning process of FPP UNP student research methods.

Abstract

Learning Skin Care is one of the compulsory subjects in the Department of Beauty And Cosmetology FPP UNP. The problems encountered in learning Facial Skin Care are students having difficulty in understanding massage tehnic and problematic facial care techniques with technology. This causes student learning outcomes are relatively low. The purpose of this research is to develop interactive multimedia learning media on Facial Skin Care courses that are practical, valid and effective. This research was conducted in the cosmetology and beauty department of FPP UNP. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) research method. Interactive multimedia validation of Facial Skin Care courses conducted by material validators and media and language display an average of 3.68% with the category "very valid" Whereas the practicality of interactive multimedia seen from the response of lecturers who get an average of 3.60% and students 3.79%. This shows the interactive multimedia Facial Skin Care, including the category "very practical”

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) analyze the quality of services provided by e-commerce (2) determine the priority level of attributes for customer satisfaction. This research is descriptive research. The population of this study is the people of Padang City who have shopped more than 2 times through e-commerce. The research sample was determined based on a non-probability method and purposive sampling technique. The total sample was 330 people. The data used are primary data obtained from online questionnaires. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis. This research was analyzed using SPSS v21 software. The results of this study indicate that 17 e-servqual attributes fall into the One Dimensional category and four attributes fall into the must be category.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze (1) the influence of e-commerce trust on customer loyalty on Sociolla online shopping application users. (2) The effect of e-commerce satisfaction on customer loyalty on Sociolla online shopping application users. The population in the study was all users of the online shopping app Sociolla and the sample in this study is Sociolla users who had shopped more than once. The number of samples in this study was 285 respondents. Data was collected through online questionnaire dissemination and data processing is collected through SPSS software. The results of this study showed that (1) e-commerce trust has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty in Sociolla online shopping application users. (2) e-commerce satisfaction positively and significantly affects customer loyalty in Sociolla online shopping application users.

Abstract

Queues are one of the problems that are always faced by a bank. The Bank must be able to provide good, fast, and precise service so that customers don’t have to wait too long. Queues occur because the level of customer arrival is greater than the level of service provided. This research was conducted at Bank 9 Jambi Branch of Bangko for five days of observation at 08.00-16.00 IWT. The purpose of this study is to analyze the performance of the queuing system used by Bank 9 Jambi Branch of Bangko and recommend the optimal queuing system for Bank 9 Jambi Bangko Branch. The result of this study indicates that the queuing system used by Bank 9 Jambi Bangko Branch is not optimal and still needs to be improved. After doing the research, the bank must increase the number of tellers from 2 to 3 tellers during peak hours (09.00-11.00 pm) while at non-peak hours it looks optimal with 2 tellers. With the addition of tellers, the target time standard by Bank 9 Jambi Bangko Branch has been met.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze: (1) The effect of Green Perceived Value on Green Trust. (2) The Effect of Green Perceived Risk on Green Trust. (3) Effect of Green Trust on Green Repurchase Intention. (4) The Effect of Green Perceived Value on Green Repurchase Intention. (5) Effect of Green Perceived Risk on Green Repurchase Intention. The population in this study was Clodi Ningrat consumers in the city of Padang. The sampling technique in this study is purposive sampling with a total sample of 190 respondents in 2021. The analysis in this study uses SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study are: (1) Green Perceived Value has a significant and positive effect on Green Trust. (2) Green Perceived Risk has a significant and negative effect on Green Trust. (3) Green Trust has a significant and positive effect on Green Repurchase Intention. (4) Green Perceived Value has a significant and positive effect on Green Repurchase Intention. (5) Green Perceived Risk has a significant and negative effect on Green Repurchase Intention.

Abstract

AbstrakSalah satu tujuan pembelajaran matematika yang harus dikuasai siswa adalah kemampuan pemecahan masalah. Namun kenyataannya dilapangan siswa masih kesulitan dalam menyelesaikan masalah matematika, khususnya pada materi bangun ruang sisi datar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran matematika berbasis discovery learning yang valid, praktis dan efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model Plomp. Model ini dilakukan dalam 3 tahap. Pada tahap pertama adalah fase investigasi awal (preliminary research) dilakukan analisis kebutuhan, analisis kurikulum, analisis siswa dan analisis konsep. Pada tahap kedua adalah fase pengembangan atau pembuatan prototipe (development or prototyping phase) yang didesain sesuai dengan model discovery learning dilakukan evaluasi sendiri, validasi pakar/ahli, evaluasi satu-satu, evaluasi kelompok kecil. Pada tahap ketiga adalah fase penilaian (assessment phase) bertujuan untuk melihat keefektivan perangkat pembelajaran dengan melakukan uji lapangan kelompok besar di kelas VIII MTsN 1 Bukittinggi. Agar menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran matematika berbasis discovery learning yang valid, praktis, dan efektif.Kata Kunci: Perangkat Pembelajaran, Discovery Learning, Model Plomp.AbstractOne of the goals of learning mathematics that must be mastered by students is the ability problem-solving. But the reality in the field of students is still difficult in solving math problems, especially on the matter of building a flat side room. This study aims to develop a learning device based on discovery learning mathematics that is valid, practical and effective in improving problem-solving skills. The development model used is the Plomp model. This model is done in 3 stages. In the first phase is the preliminary research phase of needs analysis, curriculum analysis, student analysis and concept analysis. In the second phase is the development or prototyping phase which is designed according to the discovery learning model by self-evaluation, expert / expert validation, one-to-one evaluation, small group evaluation. In the third stage is the assessment phase aims to see the effectiveness of learning tools by conducting large group field test in grade VIII MTsN 1 Bukittinggi. In order to produce a valid, practical, and effective learning tool based on discovery learning mathematics.Keyword: Learning Device, Discovery Learning, Model Plomp.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of System Quality and Information Quality of UNP Academic Portal on User Satisfaction. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. This research was conducted in the University of Padang. While the research time was carried out in July-August 2018. The population in this study were UNP students who were enrolled actively in 2016 with a sample of 400 people taken by probability sampling. Data is processed using multiple linear regression using a SPSS 16.0 program. The results showed that System Quality had a significant positive effect on User Satisfaction and Information Quality had a significant positive effect on User Satisfaction at α = 0.05Keywords: Information Systems, System Quality, Information Quality, User Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and find out: (1) The service quality of pharmaceutical installations provided by RSI Siti Rahmah Padang is in accordance with patient expectations using the Importance Performance Analysis method (2) Service attributes that need to be prioritized to improve the quality of pharmacy installation services to patients in Siti Rahmah Padang Hospital using the Cartesian diagram. The study population was all visitors or patients who visited to get treatment at a pharmacy pharmacy installation. The sampling technique of this study was to use the accidental sampling method with a total sample of 100 people.The data used is primary data. The data analysis technique uses the Importance Performance Analysis method using Microsoft Excel software. The results showed that: (1) There are 1 service attribute that have a positive gap that is able to meet customer satisfaction (2) There are 3 service attributes that are the top priority for immediate improvement (3) Factors to improve the quality of pharmaceutical services caused by human factors , material, method, and environment.Keywords: Service Quality, Importance Performance Analysis, customer satisfaction, fishbone
