<![CDATA[The Policy of Accelerating the Implementation of Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) conducted by the Government based on Government Regulation Number 6 Year 2018 is usually an activity of land registration activities which are carried out as a whole which includes all unregistered villages / kelurahan or other names arranged in this context provide legal certainty and protection of community land rights fairly and evenly.The research method used in this study is a qualitative approach with analyst descriptive techniques that describe the real phenomenon of events in the field. The data collection techniques used were Interviews, Observations and Heritage Studies related to Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) at the Medan City Land Office. The formulation of the problems in this study, namely: How is the Legal Regulation of Registration of Land Rights Through a Complete Systematic Land Registration Project (PTSL) in Medan City; How to Implement Registration of land rights through a Complete Systematic Land Registration Project (PTSL); What are the obstacles in the implementation of land rights registration through the Complete Systematic Land Registration Project (PTSL) and how to overcome these obstacles. The implementation of Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) by the Medan City National Land Agency is going well in accordance with the targets set by the Head of the Regional Office of the National Land Agency of North Sumatra Province despite obstacles encountered, both at the Medan City National Land Agency Office and in the Field where the Implementation of Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) is carried out.]]>
