<![CDATA[Communication in the manage waste is needed because, in a way people can communicate instantly understand that the waste is not a problem that is easily solved. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Dperoleh data sources through data collection, field studies (observations, and interviews), and documentation. There are four forms of communication pattern is a pattern of mass communication, public, interpersonal, and intercultural used by TPST Bantar Gebang Bekasi officials to explain better sewage treatment. Of the four patterns of communication, mass communication was the most dominant, because it only uses the pattern of mass communication, the communication between the board and the community is not operating effectively.]]>
