The aim of this research was to study the effect of the use of C. domestica and C. xanthorrhiza in broiler diet on meat cholesterol. Material in this research used 140 broiler and were grouped into 5 treatments and 7 replication. Each treatment used 7 broiler as replication. This research was designed following completely randomized design of one-way pattern. The treatments were TO = control diet, TI = 4% C. domestica, T2 = 6% C. xanthorrhira,T3 = 4% C. domestica+T 3% C. xanthorrhizaand T4 = 2%C. domestica+ 3% C. xanthorrhiza. Data were analyzed with analysis of variance and then it was continued by Duncan multiple range test. The result this research showed that blood cholesterol and meat cholesterol was not influenced by utilization of C. domestica and C. xanthorrhiza in the diet, but average of body weight was influenced. Finally, the conclusion of this research was that C. domestica and C. xanthorrhiza in broiler diet could not be decrease of meat cholesterol.
