<![CDATA[Abstract: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan instrumen sikap kreatif mahasiswa yang valid dan reliabel. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa program studi bimbingan konseling sebanyak 123 orang. Hasil analisis faktor konfirmatori orde kedua dengan metode estimasi robust maximum likelihood menunjukan instrumen tersebut valid dan reliabel dengan perolehan muatan faktor ≥ 0,30 dan nilai-t ≥ 1,96, demikian juga dengan hasil uji reliabilitas menunjukan nilai gabungan composite reliability (CR) sebesar 0,76 dan nilai variance Extract (VE) sebesar 0,50 yang lebih besar dari batas penerimaan CR ≥ 0,70 dan VE ≥ 0,50, kesimpulannya instrumen sikap kreatif mahasiswa program studi bimbingan konseling dengan 3 dimensi, 9 indikator dan 15 butir telah memenuhi kriteria validitas dan reliabilitas sebagai hasil sebuah proses pengembangan instrumen. Abstract: The objective of this research is to develop the valid and reliable assessment instruments of creative attitudes students of guidance and counseling, as many as 255 people.
