<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh penyuluhan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat terhadap pengetahuan peserta didik SMP N 1 Tompasobaru. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuntitatif dan menggunakan metode True eksperimen dengan menggunakan pre-test dan post test pada kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol, yang menjadi kelas eksperimen yaitu kelas VIII C dan dan kelas kontrol kelas VIII A. Kesimpulannya, berdasarkan hasil analisis uji paired sampel t-test sebelum dan sesudah diberikan penyuluhan pada kelompok eksperimen didapatkan nilai P Value 0,000 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan terhadap pengetahun kelompok eksperimen dan pada kelompok kontrol yang tidak mendapat perlakuan (penyuluhan) didapatkan nilai P Value 0,041 hasil ini menunjukan bahwa meskipun sama-sama terjadi peningkatan, kelompok yang mendapat perlakuan lebih besar pengaruhnya dari pada kelompok yang tidak mendapat perlakuan. Kata Kunci : PHBS, Pengetahuan, Penyuluhan ABSTRACKThis study aims to determine whether there is an effect of hygine and healty lifestyle counselling on the knowledge of students off SMP Negeri 1 Tompasobaru.
