AbstrakBukti empiris yang diperoleh adalah dari tujuh hipotesis yang diajukan, tiga diterima dan empat ditolak. Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional  dan disiplin kerja masing-masing mampu meningkatkan motivasi. Tetapi, gaya kepemimpinan transformasional tidak mampu meningkatkan kinerja, sedangkangkan disiplin kerja memiliki kemampuan. Bukti empiris lainnya adalah, motivasi tidak mampu memediasi, baik hubungan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional  dengan kinerja, maupun  hubungan antara disiplin kerja  dengan kinerja.  Hasil ini didukung oleh statistik deskriptif yang rata-rata sedang sampai dengan tinggi.Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja, MotivasiAbstract : The empirical evidence obtained is from the seven hypotheses that have been proposed, three were accepted and four were rejected. Transformational leadership style and work discipline can improve motivation, respectively. However, the transformational leadership style cannot improve performance, while the work discipline has the ability. Another empirical evidence is motivation cannot mediate both the relationship between the transformational leadership style and performance or the relationship between work discipline and performance.
