This study is attempled to investigasi about how to improve the writing ability through constructive learning in Sinar Bangsa kindergarten, Penggilingan Jakarta Timur on March until June, in the second semester 2008/2009. This study uses the Kemmis and Mc. Taggart model of classroom action research which consist of the four stages, those are: a) planning, b) action, c) observation and d) reflection. The research result olso concluded that, 1) the constructive learning can improve writing ability for kingdergarden students, 2) managing and organizing the dynamic class can improve the writing ability for kingderganrden students, 3) portofolio assesment system improve the writing ability for kingderganrden students. And the other result of this research is learnig constructive can improve the learning activity and the students outcome learning.Keywords: improve writing, constructive learning
