<![CDATA[ABSTRAKDiare merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan yang sering muncul di tengah masyarakat Indonesia yang disebabkan infeksi bakteri. Salah satu upaya untuk penanggulangan diare adalah pengembangan antimikroba dari tanaman dan herbal yang disebut obat tradisional. Pengembangan antimikroba herbal yang lebih diminati karena efek samping dari obat tradisional yang relatif kecil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efek ekstrak Jamur Lingzhi dalam berbagai konsentrasi dalam menghambat Escherichia coli. Metode yang digunakan adalahmetode kertas cakram. Hasil menunjukkan ekstrak Jamur Lingzhi dapat menghambat Escherichia coli dalam kategori inaktif pada konsentrasi 20μg / ml; 40μg / ml, kategori kurang aktif pada 60μg / ml; 80μg / ml; serta kategori aktif pada 100μg / ml.Kata Kunci : Jamur Lingzhi (Ganoderma Lucidum), Antibakteri, Air Destilasi.ABSTRACTDiarrhea is one of the health problems that often occur in people in Indonesia are caused by a bacterial infection.
