ABSTRAKKarya penciptaan tari dengan judul TAAQUM merupakan karya yang diangkat dari pengalaman empirik penulis, berupa kerinduan akan almarhumah ibu. Penciptaan karya tari TAAQUM adalah sebuah upaya melalui proses kreatif untuk menyampaikan perjuangan dari kegelisahan rasa rindu, dengan metode kreativitas Alma M. Hawkins yang menghasilkan sebuah karya tari kontemporer bertipe dramatik. Karya tari ini lebih berfokus pada proses perjuangan seseorang dalam mengatasi rasa rindu akan almarhumah ibu.   Kata Kunci: TAAQUM, Ibu, Rindu, Perjuangan  ABSTRACT. "Taaqum" Art Works Of Dance Creation, Desember 2020. The dance creation with thetitle TAAQUM is awork lifted from the author’s emprical experience of longing for the deceased mother. The creation of the TAAQUM dance is an effort through a creative process to convey the struggle from anxious longing feelings with Alma M. Hawkins ‘ creative method which produces a dramatic contemporary dance. This dance focuses more on the process of a person’s struggle in overcoming feelings of longing for the deceased mother. Keywords : TAAQUM, Mother, Longing, Struggle
