But also occurs at 20 weeks gestational age. In Central Java in 2017, pre eclampsia was ranked as the highest cause of maternal death. This type of research uses analytics with a case control approach. The population in this study were all pregnant women in the Jepara Annual Health Center who experienced pre eclampsia in September 2017 - September 2018 of 30 pregnant women with a total sampling technique. The data of this study are secondary data in the form of Medical Records. Univariate analysis with percentage and bivariate analysis using Chi-Square. Results: There was no relationship between age (p = 0.347), gravida (p = 0.118), nutritional status (p = 0.237) to the incidence of pre eclampsia at the Jepara Annual Health Center, but there was a relationship of a history of hypertension to the incidence of pre eclampsia (p = 0,000). Conclusion: There is no relationship between age, gravida, nutritional status of the incidence of pre eclampsia in the Jepara Annual Health Center, but there is a relationship of hypertension history to the incidence of pre eclampsia in the Jepara Annual Health Center. It is expected that pregnant women routinely check their pregnancy and actively participate in classes of pregnant women so that symptoms of pre eclampsia can be detected.
