The research method used was a survey, a sample size of 45 teachers randomly selected from all socialstudies teachers in SD Negeri Sekec Kecamatan Rangkasbitung Kab. Lebak. Data collection was carried outby using questionnaire distribution techniques, data analysis, with descriptive statistical methods, multipleperson correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, and regression analysis. The statistical test used the ttest and F test. This research was conducted on December 6, 2018 to December 13, 2018 the results: Ŷ =126.887 + 0.166X1 + 0.160 X2 Constant of 126.887 states that if the independent variable is consideredconstant, then the average Y will be increased by 126,879. The regression coefficient for X1 is 0.166, whichstates that each addition of X1 is 1 point, and X2 is constant, then Y will increase by 127.045. Theregression coefficient of X2 is 0.160, which states that for each addition of X2 of 1 point and X1 is constant,then Y will increase by 127.039. This means that the variable Self-Confidence (X1) and AchievementMotivation (X2) affect the Social Science Teacher Performance variable.Keywords: Confidence, Achievement Motivation, Social Studies teacher performance. AbstrakMetode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survai, sampel berukuran 45 guru yang dipilih secara random dariseluruh guru IPS di SD Negeri Sekecamatan Rangkasbitung Kab. Lebak. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakandengan tehnik penyebaran angket, Analisis data, dengan metode statistik deskriptif, koefisien korelasi gandaperson, koef determinasi, dan analisa regresi. Uji statistik dipergunakan Uji t dan Uji F. Penelitian inidilaksakan pada tanggal 6 Desember 2018 sampai dengan 13 Desember 2018 hasilnya: Ŷ=126,879 +0,166X1 + 0,160 X2 Konstanta sebesar 126,879 menyatakan bahwa jika variable independent dianggapkonstan, maka rata-rata Y akan meningkat sebesar 126,879. Koefisien regresi X1 sebesar 0,166 menyatakanbahwa setiap penambahan X1 sebesar 1 point, dan X2 konstan, maka Y akan meningkat sebesar 127,045.Koefisien regresi X2 sebesar 0,160 menyatakan bahwa setiap penambahan X2 sebesar 1 point dan X1konstan, maka Y akan meningkat sebesar 127,039. Hal ini berarti bahwa variable Rasa Percaya Diri (X1)dan Motivasi Berprestasi (X2) berpengaruh pada variable Kinerja Guru IPS.Kata Kunci : Rasa Percaya Diri, Motivasi Berprestasi, Kinerja guru IPS.
