Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan evaluasi program kesetaraan paket C di PKBM Persada. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi pelaksanaan kesetaraan paket C menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP, yang menjadi aspek konteks (context) adalah keseluruhan program yang diselenggarakan PKBM Persada. Pada aspek masukan (input), sarana dan prasana yang memadai, tutor yang kompeten, informasi untuk menjadi warga belajar baru, dan biaya. Warga belajar yang ada di PKBM Persada juga merupakan gabungan dari warga belajar PKBM lainnya di Kabupaten Bantul. Pada aspek proses (process), proses pembelajaran, motivasi, dan keaktifan warga belajar paket C dalam mengikuti kegiatan belajar mengajar (KBM). Pada aspek produk (product), selain menghasilkan warga belajar yang siap bersaing dengan lulusan SMA/MA formal, PKBM Persada juga memberikan pelatihan keaksaraan usaha mandiri, dimana program ini menekankan agar warga belajarnya dapat berwirausaha dengan keterampilan yang dimilikinya. Faktor penghambat dalam perumusan kebijakan adalah ruang keterampilan yang kurang luas dan status guru keterampilan yang masih honorer. faktor penghambat dan pendukung program kesetaraan paket C adalah motivasi dan antusias warga belajar masih kurang, namun sarana dan prasarana, serta tutor yang tersedia sudah cukup memadai.Kata Kunci: persada, evaluasi model cipp, pelaksanaan program kesetaraan paket cAbstracsThis study aims to describe the implementation of program evaluation C in package equality PKBM Persada. This research uses descriptive qualitative approach using the CIPP evaluation model (Context, Input, Process, Product).
