<![CDATA[The routine work carried out by every individual even in the organization here is decision making. This paper presents the mini results regarding decision making in a madrasah. The practice of making decisions for each individual or organization is different. The purpose of this study is to look at decision making in educational institutions. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach and the data presentation is descriptive narrative. Data were collected by means of observation and interviews or personal communication at MTs Daarul Qur'an Daarussalam. The results showed that decision making at MTs Daarul Qur'an Daarussalam was carried out by deliberation. Deliberation is a method of decision making at MTs Daarul Qur'an Daarussalam as an effort to encourage the participation of madrasa citizens and take joint ownership decisions over the institution.]]>
