<![CDATA[The quality of learning Islamic religious education will be better, if the learning does not focus on religious learning alone but is broad, both on science and technology. By combining this knowledge, it will further develop students' understanding of both the aspects of religion and science and technology. Based on this, this study aims to explain the Development of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) Teaching Materials Based on the Integration of Science and Technology for Class X Students of SMA IT Al Mawaddah Warrahmah Kolaka ". The type of research used in this research is the type of research and development or in English language Research and Development. Researchers used a descriptive development model with the ADDIE development model. The ADDIE development model consists of five stages as the name implies which stands for Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation.Based on the research results, it is known that the validation of Islamic religious education teaching materials based on the integration of science and technology is declared valid based on the results of the assessment by 3 validators. student responses and test results of student learning in class X SMA IT Al Mawaddah Warrahmah Kolaka]]>
